Disability Support Worker:
​Community & In-Home

As a Support Care Worker at Direct Care Assistance, you will play a vital role in assisting and supporting clients/individuals with disabilities in daily activities, household support, personal care support, emotional support, community access, and providing high-intensity care. You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being, safety, and empowerment of our clients, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

As a Support Care Worker at Direct Care Assistance, you will play a vital role in assisting and supporting clients/individuals with disabilities in daily activities, household support, personal care support, emotional support, community access, and providing high-intensity care. Client Engagement Coordinator:
​Office Based

The Client Engagement Coordinator is a central role at Direct Care Assistance, ensuring that participants and their families are well supported through high-quality care, strong engagement, and clear communication. This position is both client-facing and hands-on, responsible for coordinating services across Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and Community Participation (CP) clients.
